Community Photos & Content Rights

NoSetDestination invites travelers to share photos of places they've visited so other travelers can see what a destination really looks like. When you submit a photo through our community upload form (the "Been here? Add your photo" prompt on tour pages), the rules below apply.

What you're confirming when you upload

By submitting a photo, you confirm that:

• You personally took the photo, or you have the explicit permission of the person who did.
• Everyone identifiable in the photo (if any) has consented to it appearing on a public travel website.
• The photo does not contain content that violates these Terms (no explicit imagery, no copyrighted material you don't have rights to, no third-party trademarks used without permission).

The license you grant

By submitting a photo, you grant Adlift Media Group Corp. and its NoSetDestination.com property a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, resize, and re-encode your photo on the NoSetDestination website, in NoSetDestination email newsletters and push notifications about the same destination, and on NoSetDestination's social media channels — with credit to the display name you chose at upload (or anonymously if you left it blank).

This license is limited to the purposes above. We won't sell your photo to third parties, license it to other publishers, or use it to advertise unrelated products.

Moderation

Every submission is reviewed by a human before it appears on the site. We may reject any photo for any reason — including image quality, relevance, or violations of these Terms — and we don't owe you an explanation. You'll get an email notification when your photo goes live (or, if it's rejected, you can resubmit a different one).

Removing your photos

You can request removal of any photo you submitted at any time by emailing support@adliftmedia.com with the tour page URL where it appears. We'll remove the photo within 7 business days. Photos that have already been included in a published email or social post may continue to exist in those archived copies — we cannot recall them retroactively from systems we don't control (e.g. email inboxes, third-party social caches).

Contest entries

From time to time we run travel-related contests on the site. Specific contest pages will publish their own additional rules (eligibility, prizes, entry deadlines, drawing methodology). The UGC license above applies to all contest entries unless the contest page expressly states otherwise.
