Arrival in Barcelona
Day 1 of 10Land in Barcelona, find your way to the hostel, and drop your bags. The first official move is meeting the rest of the crew for drinks in the evening. You'll likely head out to one of the city's classic nightlife zones—El Born, the Gothic Quarter, or El Raval.

Gaudí's City to the Capital
Day 2 of 10Your morning in Barcelona starts with a walk down Las Ramblas and a look through the Boqueria market. You've got a few hours of free time to tick off any Gaudí buildings or get lost in the Gothic Quarter before the group heads to the station. An afternoon train gets you to Madrid in about three hours, arriving in time to check in and find a spot for dinner.

Art and Nightlife in Madrid
Day 3 of 10Get your bearings in Spain's capital with a quick group walk to sort out where the main squares and ATMs are. The rest of the day is yours. You can dive into the city's art scene at the Prado or Reina Sofía, or just find a plaza and watch the city go by. Madrid's nightlife is a big deal, so expect a solid night out with your hostel mates.

South to Andalusia
Day 4 of 10It's a travel day. A morning bus takes you south from Madrid into Andalusia, a journey of about 420km that eats up a good chunk of the day. Once you land in Granada and check into the hostel, you'll head out for a walk to get a feel for the city's layout before the evening settles in.

Alhambra Views & Tapas Crawl
Day 5 of 10Today is a free day in Granada. If you want to see the Alhambra, you needed to have booked your ticket months ago — it sells out completely. Otherwise, the city is full of plazas, gardens, and quiet corners to explore. The main event is the evening tapas crawl. In Granada, a free plate of food comes with every drink, so a few rounds with the group can easily turn into dinner.

Palaces and Flamenco in Seville
Day 6 of 10A four-to-five-hour bus ride gets you from Granada to Seville. After dropping your bags, a quick walk with the group helps get you oriented in the new city. The afternoon is free to explore. Your best move is to check out the Real Alcázar, the Moorish palace complex, or find a spot for an authentic flamenco show in the evening.

Across the Border to the Algarve
Day 7 of 10Time to leave Spain behind. A three-hour bus ride takes you across the border into Portugal and down to Lagos, the main hub for the Algarve coast. The rest of the day is about settling into the beach-town rhythm. Drop your stuff at the hostel and head straight for the coast to catch the late afternoon sun.

A Day on the Algarve Coast
Day 8 of 10You have a full, unstructured day in Lagos. This is your chance to properly explore the Algarve's famous coastline. You can hike the cliffside trails to find secluded coves, rent a kayak or paddleboard to see the rock formations from the water, or just claim a patch of sand on one of the main beaches and do absolutely nothing.

Coastal Drive to Lisbon
Day 9 of 10It's the last travel day, a bus ride up the coast from the Algarve to Lisbon. After checking in, you'll get a quick orientation walk to find your way around the neighborhood. You'll have a free afternoon to explore on your own—maybe grab a pastel de nata in Belém or take in the views from the Cristo Rei statue. The trip winds down with a final big night out with the crew in one of Europe's best nightlife cities.

Departure from Lisbon
Day 10 of 10Pack your bags and check out of the hostel. There are no planned activities, so you're free to depart at any time. If you have a later flight, it's a good chance to grab any last-minute souvenirs or one more custard tart.
